Instead of -
Guessing what training topics are relevant, impactful, or genuinely wanted by agents
Having training easily cancelled due to not enough time to complete based on call volume
Being seen by agents as boring, time wasting, or just an extra break period
I want to -
Hear from agents/ supervisors what topics and content they want based on insightful data
Eliminate the limitations of training schedules as well as having agents able to pull the training they want
Be seen as a supportive and valued partner working together
