Erlinda Tjhai-Aydulun
President
Erlinda is a serial entrepreneur and management consultant. She was honored with Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2016 by the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of KC. Erlinda founded MindLift in 2013 on the principles of value, sustainability, and simplicity.
At MindLift, Erlinda is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations, business development and human resources. Prior to MindLift, Erlinda was a management consultant at Black and Veatch, helping her clients make decisions in $50M++ sustainability projects. As an entrepreneur, Erlinda has successfully started and exited multiple businesses in the casual dining arena in the early to mid-2000's.
Erlinda has a BS in Architectural Engineering from the University of Kansas. She volunteers at a local non-profit organization and keeps her sanity in check while managing a busy schedule and multiple responsibilities by dancing like nobody's watching at Zumba.
Kaan Aydulun
Vice President
Kaan is a veteran management consultant with global experience across 30+ clients and a variety of different industries, including wireline and mobile service providers, electronics and high tech, media and entertainment, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing and distribution, retail, utility, financial services, travel and hospitality, as well as state and local governments. Prior to MindLift, Kaan was an executive at Avaya, where he was responsible for multiple programs, including contact center transformation, Avaya by Example, and global-IT restructuring. Prior to Avaya, a bulk of Kaan's career was spent at Accenture, where he managed several global technology transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients and built world-class practices.
Kaan received a BBA in Computer Information Systems from the University of Arkansas. In what seems like just yesterday, Kaan was a national-caliber swimmer, and continued his involvement with the sport as a swim coach.
