Instead of -

  • Limited value and insights delivered because of the limitations on the quantity and insight from evaluations

  • Subjectively scoring agents based on limited evaluation criteria  

  • Being seen by agents as punitive, restricting, or 'out-to-get-us' 

I want to -

  • Unlock unlimited bandwidth to complete evaluations without needing to hire more

  • Gain genuine insight and understanding from the customer point of view so agents can respond accordingly

  • Be seen as a supportive and valued partner working together
