Training Managers

Wouldn't it be nice if I could...

...create & deliver impactful content agents want?

Instead of guessing what training topics are relevant, impactful, or genuinely wanted by agents or supervisors...
...I want to hear direct from agents, supervisors, QA, & others on what topics & content they want/need based on insightful data.
Instead of having training be easily cancelled to accommodate schedules or being seen by agents as boring, time wasting, or an extra break... 
...I want to have greater flexibility in delivering training & to be seen as supportive, valued partner bringing meaningful context & insights.

I want to -

  • Reduce unnecessary distractions and focus on the customer​

  • Receive auto-suggested recommendations for Knowledge Base and contact disposition

  • Have the tools and support to help me based on my experience and specific need
